Plot
A long time ago, an evil organization known as the Red Ribbon Army appeared. Commander Led is the one who led the army. While looking for the Dragon Balls, they encounter Goku, the anime's main character. Goku defeated the army and got the Dragon Balls. But little did he know another member of the Red Ribbon survived. He is the scientist, Dr. Gero, responsible for creating the Androids and Cells. In the film, the Red Ribbon Army has a great comeback. There is also another mad scientist who is a superhero-obsessed. He is Dr. Hedo, who was released from jail. Then, Magenta convinces Hedo that the Bulma’s Capsule Corporation is a bad organization. Meanwhile, Goku, Broly, and Vegeta are training under Whis on another planet. Going back to Earth, Gohan is training Pan. And Piccolo was attacked by the Red Ribbon Android, Gamma 2. He manages to evade the android and gets a chance to sneak to the base of the Red Ribbon army. In that place, he discovered that the Androids were created to destroy the Capsule Corporation.
After kidnapping Pan, Gohan goes rampage in the Red Ribbon Army base. He is fighting Gamma 1 while Piccolo is fighting Gamma 2. While in the battle, Piccolo tries to convince Gamma 2 that the Bulma Capsule Corporation is not evil and Magenta just manipulates them. Luckily, he was convinced, but Magenta had already activated Cell Max, another powerful enemy. After knowing the truth, Hedo kills Magenta and repents. But that’s not where the film ended. They must destroy Cell Max to get the complete victory. After a long fight, they can defeat Cell Max with the Special Beam Cannon of Gohan. Then, they were reunited with Pan. Since Gamma 1 and Hedo discovered everything, they became a member of the Capsule Corporation.
